Role

Our Client has a requirement for a Maintenance Planner/Administrator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Worcester.

Role Purpose:

To coordinate Leisure installation projects, liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and on budget.

To support Leisure customers and the Leisure commercial with project timelines, liaising with the Project Planning team to ensure efficient use of resource.

Administer the base information for the new Technician Planning platform (Service Max,) which includes creation of databases & transfer of data.

Support the Maintenance team in coordination of legal & non-legal customer related tasks.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of the Leisure workload
• Lead for monitoring work into the Leisure mailbox
• Instigate store gas monitoring cabling drawings with CAD resource
• Updates to workload spreadsheet
• Bill of Materials generation
• Customer Engineering install and maintenance file transfers
• Creation of Service Max parts catalogue
• Coordination of Tank cleaning & painting
• Implement cost matrix and framework orders
• Proactive quoting of both Annual and PSSR inspections
• Coordinate eMOC & P&ID updates with CAD resource

26 Technicians
Approx. 10,000 customer sites
Supporting 110 Leisure installations
25,000 maintenance interventions per FY
